I’m Monica Maria, and for 18 years I’ve been guiding women to develop emotional intelligence and step into personal leadership.
​
My work is rooted in more than three decades of lived experience in personal growth, holistic healing, and spiritual practice, alongside over fifteen years of mentoring women-led businesses and cultivating community through immersive gatherings and long-term mentorship.
​
As an educator, community weaver, and spiritual guide, I support women who feel called to build a meaningful, sustainable life that is in service to something larger than themselves.

Born and raised in New York City, I now live and work in my motherland of Colombia, where my life and work continue to be shaped by devotion, embodiment, and lived relationship with the land and its people.
