MEET YOUR GUIDE
I have been professionally guiding women in emotional mastery and personal leadership for 18 years.
Hi, I'm Monica Maria, space holder, of Andean Lineage devoted to supporting women in remembering their power through grounded, responsible, and embodied spiritual work.​
​
My path into holistic and spiritual practices began early. At sixteen, my mother introduced me to the world of personal development, and consciousness studies, where I completed my first certification in the José Silva Method. It was my first encounter with energy medicine, and it opened a door that would shape the next decades of my life.
​
For over thirty years, I’ve studied, practiced, and integrated a wide range of modalities, eventually developing my own methodologies, to support women through embodiment, self-inquiry, and integration.
​
In 2020, I moved to my motherland of Colombia. Here, I assist my Taita (spiritual father) in ceremony every Saturday, where I have also been sitting for 10 years. I approach this work with humility, respect, and a deep sense of responsibility, understanding that these traditions are not tools, but living lineages.

I do not see my role as one of “healing” you.
​
Rather, I walk beside you as a guide, helping you remember, integrate, and embody all aspects of who you are, so you can step more fully into your own leadership and life.

​Is this safe for first-timers?
Yes, this retreat is beginner-friendly.
Some women arrive with little or no prior experience. We prioritize preparation, clear communication, and trauma-informed facilitation so you feel supported every step of the way. A screening process ensures the retreat is appropriate for you, as well as a prep material and a post-retreat private integration call.

What about mental health?
This retreat supports personal growth and embodiment, but it is not a replacement for medical or psychological care. During the application process, we explore whether this experience is a good fit for your current emotional and mental health. In some cases, we may suggest additional support or a different timing. Discernment is part of our ethical responsibility.

Is it safe to travel to Colombia?
Yes. Colombia is a welcoming and vibrant country, and the region where the retreat is held is a small calm, rural, and nature-focused city.
