THRESHOLD is a private three-hour immersion for women standing at a threshold in their life or work, when something has shifted, but what comes next isn't yet fully clear.
Together, we’ll slow down enough to see what is really happening beneath the surface, identify what is asking to change, and bring clarity to the decision, direction, or next chapter in front of you.
This is focused, intimate work designed to leave you with a deeper understanding of where you are and a clearer sense of what comes next.

This is a virtual 3-hour private intensive, followed by a review call.

9-Month Private Mentorship
ALCHEMIST is a private, high-touch container for women at a significant threshold, when the way they’ve been working, leading, or creating no longer matches what they know is possible and who they have become in the process.
With sustained one-to-one attention, we work closely with what is changing beneath the surface and what that change is asking of you in your business, your decisions, and your direction.
ALCHEMIST is for women who know they want a longer arc of refinement and leadership with the personalized attention they need to bring their work forward.
ALCHEMIST unfolds over 9 months and is structured to support steady integration and execution.
The container includes:
(3) VIP private intensives—Deep strategic and psychological VIP intensives focused on leadership capacity, decision-making, structural design, and refinement of your work as it evolves.
(9) 1:1 private coaching and mentoring sessions
Ongoing messaging support between sessions—for reflection, integration, and course correction as real-time decisions arise.
Membership to the Alchemia Group container—for community and additional accountability.
Access to the Business Resource Library for tech tutorials and more.
VIP access to all mini-programs offered in that time focused on leadership embodiment, emotional intelligence, and sustainable execution, offering perspective beyond the one-on-one space.
Final review and integration call—to consolidate insight, assess structural stability, and clarify next phases of growth and stewardship.
