For 36 years, I've been exploring the intersections of psychology, personal evolution, and spiritual practice. For 19 of those years, I've been professionally guiding women through their own journeys of growth and transformation.
My work is grounded in a belief that shapes everything I teach: what makes your work meaningful isn't just what you've studied or the credentials you've earned. It's who you are, what you've lived, the wisdom you've cultivated, and how you bring that into what you create.
